CHEMFLEX BD 1500 is a specially formulated water based acrylic polymer membrane containing an integral linear synthetic micro reinforment. CHEMFLEX BD 1500 has been specifically design to eliminate blistering and wrinkling, which may occur in exposed situations especially in the tropical climates. It has added application advantage as it does not require the use of polypropylene, polyester or chopped strand glass fibre reinforcing fabric and it is the most suitable for bridge's deck protection. CHEMFLEX BD1500 provides a fully bonded homogeneous membrane barrier with no laps, joint or overflashings. It is not affected by UV or temperature extremes as well as will not become brittle with age. The CHEMFLEX BD1500 membrane system complies with ASTM C 836-84 and UK highway agency approvals.
